On Tuesday, May 19, Lauren was on her daily bike ride home from the stables (with Rosie, her dog, in tow) when she was hit by a car. Luckily, she has no broken bones or life-threatening injuries, but she does have other serious injuries that include a dislocated shoulder, serious bruising, and lacerations that will take time to heal.
Lauren was released from the hospital on Tuesday evening to recuperate at home. Rosie is thankfully fine. Too many details cannot be provided at this time as there is an ongoing investigation into the incident.
